Set up Cross Project Task dependencies. Here are the steps:

1.Lets Say you three Projects P1, P2 and P3 with multiple Tasks in each project. e.g. Open these three projects (P1,P2 and P3) in MS Project

2.In Any of the project window, Go to View tab> New Window

3.Select all the projects that would need to be added in cross projects dependencies.

4.Click OK, This will create a temporary master project with each of the selected projects inserted as subprojects

5.Select any Task from any of the project and Hold the Ctrl key and select one or more tasks from other project and link the Tasks using the Link to Selected Tasks button (Ctrl+f2)

6.You can now close the file - Click File > Close to close the temporary master project. When prompted in a warning dialog to save the changes, click the No button

7. External task dependencies are not stored in the master project; they are stored in the individual subprojects. This is why the master project is temporary, meaning that you do not need to save the changes when you close it. All you need to do at this point is to save and close each of your open projects to maintain the cross-project dependencies you set.
